My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms in the new Premier Club Section were immaculate, facing the poolside courtyard and definitely worth the upgrade. The service was exceptional with staff going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The location was stunning and convenient, allowing easy access to great dining options, making our stay even more enjoyable. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations with limited food choices.
The hotel offers spacious and exceptionally clean rooms overlooking the pool, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and massage places. The service was exceptional, with staff willing to cater to any request promptly. The location is perfect for a tranquil yet accessible stay, surrounded by the buzz of Seminyak's top attractions. The dining experience was pleasant, though some felt the prices didn't entirely match the portion sizes. Overall, a comfortable and friendly stay with great value for money.

The service is remarkable with attentive staff always ready to assist, despite some noise from the walkie-talkies. The location is superb, within walking distance to the beach and various attractions. The dining experience could be improved with better service and warmer food options. The facilities are modern and well-kept throughout.
